Kickingwoman Designs: Refunds & Exchange Policy

​At Kickingwoman Designs, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted products and want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If you aren't satisfied, we're here to help you return or exchange your item quickly and easily.

​1. Eligibility Window

​We accept returns and exchanges on most products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

​To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

​It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

​It must be in the original packaging.

​You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

​2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

​The following items are exempt and cannot be returned or exchanged:

​Custom Orders: Any item that has been personalized, made-to-order based on specific measurements, or designed specifically for you (e.g., custom artwork, engraved jewelry, personalized apparel).

​Digital Goods: Downloadable software, printables, or gift cards.

​Sale Items: Items purchased at a final sale price or marked as "Clearance."

​Used Items: Products that show obvious signs of use, including scents, wear, or damage not present upon initial receipt.

​3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

​To begin a return or exchange process, please contact us first at [email protected] with the following information:

​Your order number.

​The product(s) you wish to return or exchange.

​The reason for the return or exchange. (This helps us improve!)

​We will then provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.

​4. Refunds

​Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

​If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

​If your refund is delayed, please first contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

​5. Exchanges

​We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you need a different size.

​If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm availability. Once confirmed, send your item to the return address provided with your RMA number. We will ship the replacement item to you after we receive and inspect the original product.

​6. Shipping Costs

​For Defective/Damaged Items: If you are returning an item due to a defect or error on our part, Kickingwoman Designs will cover all associated return shipping costs.

​For All Other Returns/Exchanges (e.g., buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered): You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

​When shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
