Shipping and delivery

PLANTS: Live plants are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays ONLY, unless it is overnight. Once your package is in the custody of shipping provider (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, ETC) I will not be held responsible for any damage, late or missing packages. I supply warm packs, insulation, cool packs at no extra cost to you. When your plant arrives it will have care instructions for that specific plant and I am always available to give advice or help and you will have my personal number on the care sheet. REFUNDS: Will be given or denied on a case by case basis. FYI, in 8 years I have never refused a refund request. I want my customers to return and will do anything I can to remedy the issue.

BEADWORK: My beadwork is 95% custom. I usually have a few items that would be able to ship the next business day. Any custom work that has a name, personal symbols (i.e. sigils, runes, livestock brand. Etc) will not be eligible for a refund BUT I will work with you to correct any issues associated with your custom beadwork. Shipping times will vary for custom work, moccasins, horse tack etc. Ship times should not be more than two weeks. If you need to expedite your order please purchase the $15 expedite my beadwork..Prior to purchasing the expedited option, please message me to see if I can do it.

MOCCASINS, SANDALS, ADDING BEADWORK ON SHOES: Refunds are case by case. When you purchase a pair of moccs, sandals, etc. they are custom fitted for you. I will have you send me certain measurements for a custom fitted shoe. All my custom made sandals, moccs..etc. can take up to 2 weeks to ship and I will send you updates and pics of your custom piece. These can be expedited as well for $15, please purchase the 'expedite my moccs'. Please contact me prior to purchasing the expedited option.
